| Each time I fall in love again I change The orbit of my soul and feel the range Of gravity’s rainbow so rich and strong That my heart’s fiery core warns me it's wrong. To submit so completely to the force My sense of what is right and alter course From free and independent future life That stems my need to be again a wife. I pray back to a ring of no ellipse, Only to turn on dreams of your firm lips. Oh, I cling to the orbit of my space As I plant sweet kisses upon your face. Curse your arms that wrap our collisions done, The fatal draw that pulls me to the sun. | ||||||

| I love the imagery you provide - we are all bodies in motion in the universe... May you encounter peace and happiness in your orbit. |

| jane, again a great look at a very complex question... do we have to assume a "subservient" role to enjoy our sexuality.... or am i missing the boat here? lol still liked it!

| I am so glad you like this and some of my other poetry Lushi, it means a lot to me. In this one I tried to talk about the choice and balance between independence and that of giving oneself away completely to love. It was awkward, I guess.

| ...it is risky yes Jane... dangerous and promising at the same time..... you can become subject to the "us" the two of you create, but the danger is you become submissive to another "ego" who holds back from making an "us" with you. Sadly, you only find that out in retrospect, hurting..... But when you are under the spell of an "us" it is so enchanting, and erotically powerful!!! I love this poem as I said earlier.

| After your interview I came back to read this poem again and realized I never gave it a comment. It deserves a comment for it was even more enjoyable now understanding the context of the conflicts presented here. Lucky is the guy who redirected your orbit to be around him Planet_Jane!
