| On further questioning, she said she had never participated in it, with anyone. When Richard asked if she ever wanted to participate, her faced flushed. Embarrassed, and looking away, she silently nodded her head. Richard sat silently thinking he should half jokingly offer to teach her, but decided against it, not wanting to risk a negative reaction and put a damper on future personal discussions. He was right. Dottie was very embarrassed and appreciated his silence. A few days later she simply told him her husband was never interested in oral sex. On another occasion, she confessed her sex life was not what it was in the beginning. She had been married six childless years. Shortly after their first anniversary, her husband was found to be very low in live sperm count. Soon after, he began to drift off into evening athletics and other activities lasting until close to midnight. Now he was gone several days a week. Their sexual encounters, which had already declined to once or twice a week, decreased to, at most, once a month, saying they were never romantic, and lasted only a minute or two. The thought of counseling angered him. She didn’t act particularly upset, but simply said it all as fact. When Richard asked if she ever got “horny” she nodded, a bit embarrassed, and simply said she had learned to cope with it. During these discussions, Richard, often thought her husband was surely either gay, blind, or the stupidest man on the planet. He silently began to dislike the man, considering him unfeeling, selfish and ignorant. Dotty never dressed in a provocative manner and never flirted. She acted “very married” and her obvious intelligence and public persona, though friendly, discouraged most serious sexual advances from men. As good looking as she was, however, she still had to deal with several. Richard, though, enjoyed many glimpses of her beautiful upper thighs and also her panties, resulting from the position of her desk. He also had to fight off several erections caused by some of her sexy poses while at her desk, when his thoughts turned to imagining her naked. One particular event provided him graphic evidence that Dotty’s “very married” demeanor was a pretense; that, sadly, she was struggling, alone, with her repressed sexual desires. He could not have known that her conflicted emotions would ultimately lead to an unanticipated conclusion. The event was the Company’s annual combination Christmas and New Years party. No one but employees were allowed; spouses and children were not welcome. Music, dancing, free food, drinks, and much camaraderie were the rule of the evening. Richard was curious about how alcohol might affect her. That night, Richard thought Dotty was dressed unusually sexy, more so than he had previously seen. She was wearing crisp white dress slacks, enticingly snug around her already bulging and shapely rear, and a brilliant deep blue top which gave a nice view of her excellent cleavage. It was just snug enough to seem a bit like her breasts were straining against the material, to get out. She looked elegantly sexy. Late in the evening, the party began to wind down. Having already consumed more than his share, Richard refilled his drink and wandered into a smaller, dimly lit room where only a few people were dancing.

| Outstanding! cocoa, you have surpassed yourself here. Exciting, nervous, then fiery, erotic and surprising, then romantic and beautiful. You have a gift for writing real, complete people and characters that the reader could truly fall in love with. This is brilliant, well done.

| I could not agree more with what others have said before me Cocoa: This is a beautifully constructed and very sensitive piece. GnN described it well! You had to love Dotty and what her life was becoming and how she came to embrace it. Of all your stories, this one is not only my favorite but I think that feeling is based on the merits of the writing itself, not a personal opinion. I am sure I will be reading this again ands again!! Thank you for your generosity/magnanimity in sharing your wealth of talent with us.
