| Even once she’d shuffled back to her bed, the moment had been lost. Cristina giggled, and said… “maybe you should go back to bed.” “Really?” I didn’t know if I was pleased or disappointed. “That’s kinda killed the mood. Relax… I’ll see you in the morning.” And with a cheeky smile across her features, I had watched her stand and offer me a hand to lift me up. And now here we were… the following day, seizing every moment alone we can grab, the intimate promise made last night still unfulfilled, kissing like giddy school kids, and now I was hiding in the bathroom trying to calm my guilt. Finally I walked out, to greet my wife. “Ah, you’re back darling.” Cristina smiled sweetly as my wife and I kissed in the same routine way we always do to say hello and goodbye, good night and good morning. Everyday life was resumed. Sarah’s groceries from the shop were being unloaded, Cristina was in her chair, reading her novel, and I pottered around the house a while, before settling outside on the sun terrace with a glass of port. I told myself that I would get used to it in time, but I still couldn’t shut out the weirdness of the situation. My wife in the kitchen, and Cristina in the living room, and living here. The evening slowly closed in and as I returned inside, dinner was being prepared in the kitchen. My wife was checking the chicken pie that she had made, while Cristina was washing and preparing a salad. I headed to the cutlery draw “I can see you ladies are doing well… smells great! I’ll set the table.” I cross the room and as my wife is bent over lifting the pie from the oven, I gently squeeze Cristina’s bottom as I pass her. I was playing with fire, but I was really beginning to enjoy this game. As we were all sat around the dining table, Cristina engaged my wife fantastically in a very interesting conversation about New York, her home town. Sarah had been there several times, long before she ever met me, and they compared notes and stories. Generally fascinated by each other’s stories, they were so locked in discussion that I was hugely surprised when Cristina’s foot began to rub the inside of my leg. With the three of us sat around the wooden table, Cristina didn’t miss a single beat of her sentence as her bare foot rose up and up my thigh. Like a real expert, there was no way anyone could possibly have known. Leaning back in her chair, and raising her glass to her lips, her toes finally arrived at their destination, daintily curling at my crotch. And so things went on. The evening was pleasant, the three of us taking our time over dinner, enjoying a bottle of wine before a dessert of strawberry tart, then as the weather was still warm, after dinner drinks back out on the sun terrace. Sitting on the terrace, Sarah sat next to me, resting her head on my shoulder, as she likes to do. When she kissed me, I saw Cristina smile. The three of us sat talking, and drinking. Cristina made no moves towards me, but my eyes were taking her in constantly. It got late, and the sun had set. It was getting cooler. Cristina stood up. “I’m gonna go wash up, maybe get changed, then probably take my book to bed.” “Ok honey.” My wife had obviously taken a real liking to Cristina. Terms of endearment weren’t common for her. Sarah yawned, her head was heavy on my shoulder and it was obvious that the evening’s heavy drinking had worn her out.

| Nicely done, greedy! Your writing confidence continues to improve with every story. This sure handed piece is an entertaining and enjoyable read that accurately relates a good many realities of an affair with someone under the nose of a spouse.

| Very enjoyable, hot reading. Perfectly paced and excellent interplay of characters. I like your style, and it flows smoothly from paragraph to paragraph. Your writing makes your readers want to experience what your characters are experiencing. Great job. -------pepper
