| Moderator | I haven't used a mirror to practice walking, but once read an article in a magazine, as a teenage girl, that instructed you how to walk with poise and ooze sex as you glided forth. I tried out the advice and found it worked really well. I used to use a mirror when I was dancing to music, so I would know if I looked sexy while dancing or not. It helped me fine tune my techniques . . .

| Inspired Author | Now that is just what I wanted to know! Let us say a lady has a great set of gams and she wears a short skirt, how does she know exactly how to sit, how to move her legs while seated, how to rock her legs to get a man's attention she is interested in? Does she practice that in front of a mirror?

| Inspired Author | I never used a mirror to practice walking. But I have tried walking with book on my head ofr better pose. Much like Pepper but I saw it in a movie rather the read it in magazine. I can't remember the last time I have worn a short skirt. I know I have never tried to get a man attention by useing by legs. Maybe I need to try this out on my hubby.lol

| Moderator | I think some women are just naturally graceful and full of poise, and that it is their confidence that helps to guide how they move their bodies. Those with less confidence tend to be less graceful, and therefore may need to have extra practice time in front of a mirror. Even the prettiest of women can often lack the self confidence they need to feel sexy. Perhaps it is because of comments by others that make them feel less a woman that holds them back. Just a thought.
