| Inspired Author | The question that has plagued mankind since the dawn of time. What to have for dinner? I thought it be interesting to share what we are going make for dinner or lunch, breakfeast. Whatever you may be planning to make at the time. Tonight I'm making chicken enchiladas.

| Moderator | Great thread, Gypsy! I usually plan out meals 4 days at a time. In this way I can defrost foods I plan to serve for those days and they will be ready to cook in time. Some things only need a day or two to defrost, some need 3-5 days. That way I always have something interesting to make. Tonight I am making calamari (squid) with marinara sauce over spaghetti. I shall probably serve green peas on the side.

| Inspired Author | Last night I fixed shrimp curry over brown rice. I like calamari, but every time I try to fix it, I end up with an almost respectable cat food providing the cat has really sharp, really strong teeth. We don't cook a lot. If our microwave broke, we'd starve to death.
