Chat help...

Hello everyone!

I've been going to the chat room for a while now and I'm sure as most know - every chat room has its own way of using the smiley faces and the *emotes*. I've had no problems picking up on using the faces (altho I'm still needing my WINKY *hint*) - but when I tried to figure out how to use the 'emote' - I haven't had much luck. I've clicked on the 'help' link at the top of the chat box on several different occasions but the link for any chat room help is a dead end.....with the infamous 'page cannot be found' error. Is there another help link that I can read up on for the room or is it one of those trial and error deals?

I'd LOVE to see additional avatars added - or maybe changed a little - there are a few in there that I know personally I wouldn't ever pick and I also feel bad using one that someone else already has but .... options are limited.

Additional smiley faces would be great too - and I know I've already pestered MS about adding a few....

Well sin..... I agree some of the icons and smileys could use a little bit of help. With any luck someone will pick up on all the hints left through out the site.

Now.... you said you were having trouble understanding how to emote in the chat room. That problem is easily solved. The key is /me this will allow you to be able to do this or do that. Ex....

/me walked through the door. In chat it would say..... seker walked through the door.

oh my dearest mindfuls. First of all, thank you Seker for helping Sinful out.

Sin, we understand your frustrations and would love to assist you as soon as possible. I believe I've mentioned a couple of times that MS has a huge 'to do' list right now, as do the rest of us.

As you are aware, one of your stories was missing... as well as some other authors. We are diligently trying to resolve this challenge. We have some other minor issues with the stories modules as well. To me this kinda takes priority!

Now, do know that you're 'winky' requests have not gone without a second thought, we have located the perfect 'winky' and once we get around to improving the chat module (we've mentioned in a couple of newsletters) your winky will be there!

Please, we encourage patience from all of our members! If you should require technical assistance at any time - no this does NOT include the WANT for a winky - lol... please use the contact us link at the bottom of the page.

*pulls Sin close.. pressing her body hard to mine ... looking her in the eyes... bending her back... caressing her breasts... pulling out a can of cool whip and spraying it on her lips... then licking it off*

There.. maybe that will keep your mind off the winky for a bit!

I do know that you guys have priorities and many many things to do - I wasn't sure if anyone was even aware that the help link for chat wasn't a valid link. I'm one of those goofballs that often refer to 'help' links on most sites - just to sort of a give me a feel of how the page and/or the options are set up. No worries tho - my biggest question was about the emoting and Seker so valiantly came to the rescue and provided the answer (GOD BLESS THAT FINE EMBASSADOR OF OURS!!).

Even tho I'd love to have a WINKY icon, I'll take your ways of keeping my mind off of things any day of the week! *drools*

You are no the only one whose butter gets melted in a jiffy by the super-fine Lily.

Now as for our Ambassador Seker, he helps us guys out when we need help too as I l earned yesterday. He is a class act IMHO.

I want to apologize for the whole group of us not being able to get down to PA and cover you in Cool Whip and......Oops!! I mean get down there and help you move furniture. Dang this tongue of mine has a mind of its own!!

...and what do you m,ean you are NOT photogenic. Just give us those eyes baby and you'll have us at "wink." Bet just an eye shot would melt any of us males.
