mindspired v4.6 has been promoted successfully

Greetings mindfuls!

Please be advised that we have successfully upgraded mindspired to v4.6 which contains quite a few enhancements for the stories module:

- the story text can be pasted from Word and all formatting will be cleaned automatically
- all stories will be automatically paged on submission - this task helps the moderators to manage multiple stories in a much shorter time
- mindspired editor has been enabled for submitting stories (standard functionalities as bold, italic are also present)
